We set our foundation in our coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members – always keeping in mind each individual’s personal fitness and nutrition goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet them each and every day. We believe that every human being can improve their quality of life through fitness and lifestyle choices, and we embrace the opportunity to be a driving force in that process. We hold one another accountable and we share in each other’s triumphs and frustrations. At the end of the day, it’s our passion for our people that sets us apart from other gyms.

Susan has spent the majority of her life either competing or coaching competitive sports. She is a lover of all barbell movements and has continued to grow her knowledge of fitness and nutrition over the last two decades. Her mission is to help athletes build the confidence to handle anything that comes their way.

April is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified coach and has been actively doing CrossFit since 2013 while in her senior year of high school. Her goal as a coach is to continue to improve her craft while guiding others on their own life-style journeys.

Greg Miles

Greg started coaching CrossFit when he was 20 years old in college. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a CF-L1 coach. Greg’s goal is to help as many people as possible improve their lives through functional movement and high intensity interval training. His favorite type of workout is a fast workout that involves squat snatches!
