Teens and Pre-Teens
Our program focuses on building strength and speed with a concentration on sound movement. We are always looking for ways to make fitness fun while increasing their athletic ability and confidence. We have two coaches facilitating class to make sure everyone is working hard and with proper form. Athletes will learn how to do everything from cardio, barbell work, rope climbs, push ups, pull ups etc. Our classes are great for both athletes looking to better their sports performance and those who are just looking to be active, learn and feel like they are part of a team!
Although our emphasis is on overall strength and conditioning. If you have a specific goal you are working towards we will help you get there!

Our Youth Training Programs Include:
Cardiovascular Training
running, biking, rowing, and jumping rope
Speed, Agility & Accuracy
plyometrics, box jumps, footwork, speed drills, throwing catching & more
Core Strength & Body Weight Movement
planks, sit ups, pull-ups, pushups, and ring work
Strength Development
weight training, olympic lifting and other resistance work.
Kids Grades 3-6
During our kids sessions, children squat, push, pull, throw, run, jump, and row. We explore movement patterns through exploration, obstacles, games, and position work.
They will learn about proper movement patterns, increase balance, agility, coordination, stamina, and strength! Our goal is to help them reach their stated goals while building confidence and foster an early love of fitness.
