The beauty of our RackFit class is that we combine the energy of group fitness with the attention of personal training. Our programming is results-driven, centered around accessible strength training and a variety of conditioning, where each class builds off of the strength, skill, and endurance you gain each and every time you walk in the door.

You can expect to see interval work coupled with agility, balance, and supportive strength movements. Our workouts are specifically designed to crank up your metabolism as well as your energy level for the entire day! Instructed by coaches who motivate you to do one more rep and provide the direction to make sure you’re doing it correctly, this is your place to meet positive, like-minded people. Our coaches understand that everyone’s fitness journey is different, and they are always prepared to offer personalized advice and accountability, mixed in with just the right amount of tough love.

Susan and Mia do a phenomenal job incorporating fun into fitness! Their workouts allow people of all fitness levels to participate and they initiate a distinct sense of community and camaraderie each and every day! I am so glad I have been able to become apart of the Rack House Family!
