I had never worked out at a CrossFit gym before - mainly because it felt intimidating. What initially drew me to Rack House was it being female owned. I stayed because their coaches (and the people) made me love being there. They took occasional gym-goer to a 4/5 days a week gym-goer. The coaching staff don’t just meet you where you are. They see you, help you, and push you all while recognizing your own boundaries. In the past month or so, I’ve noticed a considerable difference in not just appearance but also strength. It is truly a pleasure to walk in there every morning and I’m so lucky to have found Rack House.

Approximately one year ago I started looking for a new CrossFit gym. My previous gym had closed due to the pandemic and had not reopened. I had heard good things about Rack House Fitness so I gave them a try and I am so happy that I did! I absolutely love it there!! The awesome vibe at Rack House is no doubt set by the owners, Mia and Susan. You can tell right away that they take great pride in their gym and it shows. The facility is clean, bright, and well maintained.If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, looking to get back into the gym after a time away, or are an experienced CrossFit athlete looking for a new gym, I highly recommend you give Rack House Fitness a try. Just go. There is no better gym in Boston!!!! Rack House is hands-down the best gym!! I live in California and I am a frequent visitor to the Boston area. Visiting Rack House Fitness is always a highlight of my trip!! This place is INCREDIBLE! The staff and members all so welcoming from the moment you walk the door. I joined 8 months ago and love everything about it! I was new to CrossFit and wasn’t familiar with a lot of the movements so I was apprehensive at first. I was quickly put at ease by the coaches who are very knowledgeable, attentive and focused on correct form and movement. This is a welcoming, positive and extremely motivating environment. The coaches are excellent and very well educated... so even if you have never done CrossFit before - rest assured you are in great hands!

Me and my daughter went to the Moving with your Mini-me class and loved it!! The instructor Suz was awesome, so motivating and gave us a great workout. Can't wait until the next class!

This place is so good! I've been going to the RackFit classes 3 days a week for over a year now and each time I keep learning new things. It's never boring or monotonous. The teachers always help with scales if I'm not yet able to do a move. The people are so welcoming and I love the laughter and support I feel when there. Come in for a class! First one is free :)

I joined Rack House Fitness during Covid. The classes were held via Zoom. The first class was tough, but something made me come back for more, and I have been coming back for more for the past four months! What made me come back? Mia and Susan. They are so knowledgable, caring, and consistent. They have scaled the workouts for me as i do not have much in the way of equipment at home. Scaling does not translate to "easier". The workouts are challenging and every day is different. I am also probably several decades older than most of the athletes i see in the gym, but I still feel like I belong in the class. Age is definitely not the determining factor for joining Rack House.

I am a current college rower and became interested in CrossFit a few months ago because of the variety of challenges found in the sport. Rack House has all of the equipment I could ever need to improve as a rower and in CrossFit. Beyond the equipment, it is the coaches and staff here who truly made this gym special for me. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable about the many aspects of CrossFit and always made time to answer my questions. When someone noticed me struggling with a certain movement (this happened pretty often) they would tell me exactly why I was struggling and what I could do to fix it.
