More than just a stretch

Incorporating yoga and mobility work into your strength and conditioning routine enhances flexibility, improves recovery, and reduces the risk of injury. By increasing your range of motion, yoga helps you move more efficiently in both your olympic lifts and gymnastic poses. Mobility exercises also promote better posture, alignment, and core stability, which are crucial for performing complex movements with power and precision.

These practices support faster recovery, release muscle tightness, and prevent imbalances that can lead to injury. Additionally, the mindfulness and breathing techniques in yoga improve focus and mental resilience during high-intensity workouts.

Do not discount the power yoga and mobility work they will help you get stronger, move better, and perform at your best—both in the gym and beyond.
