Come in for a FREE class.

Email us at RackHouseFitness@gmail.com to schedule your first class for free. We’ll ask you some questions to get you set up. Don’t worry if you are new to group fitness! You will be welcomed by friendly faces and have a dedicated coach to show you where everything is and take you through each part of the workout!

Join the community.

Pick a membership that works for your fitness goals and become a part of our amazing community! You will receive access to in-house seminars, fun events, goal check ins, nutrition support and so much more. Our members keep each other accountable and push each other in all the best possible ways!

Get continued guidance.

Your coaches will be there to guide you through your fitness journey. They will talk to you about your goals, workouts, nutrition, and mindset. They are invested in your overall health both inside and outside of the gym. Our coaching staff is experienced, knowledgeable and always accessible.

Our programming and coaching staff will help prepare you for any of your goals and give you the confidence to hit anything life throws at you head on!

The Rack House Fitness Community

When you join Rack House, you’re joining more than just a gym. Our members love meeting knew people and having fun outside of class. We hold regular events inside and outside of the gym. Our crew loves to have fun and find ways to make a positive impact in our community!

More than just classes

We welcome athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. We help people shape their fitness and overall health through our in house scientifically-driven programming. We help athletes think about not just their performance in the gym but their overall health and wellness including mindset, stress, sleep and nutrition. Our athletes and coaches hold each other accountable and genuinely look forward to seeing each other each day.

Class Schedule

We hold classes every Monday - Saturday (Sundays are for the minis!) starting as early as 5:30 am and run as late as 7 p.m. We offer open gym time for additional training or for those wanting to fit in a workout midday.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • When you reach out to us via email, we’ll be able to determine the best class fit for your fitness goals - but all of our classes are great!

  • We run classes Monday - Friday in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and in the morning on Saturday. Check out our schedule on the Schedule page.

  • Yes, we’re equipped with bathrooms and two separate shower rooms. Great for a rinse before heading to work!

  • Memberships come in all shapes and sizes: Unlimited, Student, Month-to-Month, Personal Training, and more.

    We also offer discounts forfamilies, first responders, military and students.

  • Your membership includes access to all group classes, the Nutrition Jump Start Program, access to open gym, bi-annual goal setting meetings, access to our private Facebook community, access to all of our in-house speciality workshops, our workout performance tracking app, members-only discounts and perks, on-the-go workouts, and more!

  • Great question! This depends on where you are at in your fitness journey, and what your goals are. We’ll discuss this in our initial consult call or email. With that in mind, although we’d love to see our members every single day, rest days are very important.

  • There is ample free parking available right outside of our building.

  • This varies depending on the time, day, and season, but typically you’ll be working out alongside 10-20 likeminded individuals.

I’ve always been afraid to try CrossFit because it gets such a bad rep, but since I loved working out with Mia and Susan so much [in RackFit], I decided to try it out. I LOVE it! During all of their classes they always have 2 coaches floating around to fix your form and make sure you’re lifting safely. I’ve always felt lower back pain from deadlifts and now I am lifting with better form and feeling so great! Not to mention that I am learning so much and having a lot of fun. The community and vibe is super supportive.
