Don’t let childcare affect your self care!

Forget what you've heard about traditional "mommy & me" classes. We have put together an innovative and fun way to ramp up your intensity while safely building strength and mind-body awareness. Learn how to exercise with your baby while facilitating their motor, cognitive, and preverbal development. Each exercise can be modified to suit you and your little ones needs.


Wednesdays
9:15 am

Classes are geared towards early postpartum recovery as a stepping stone to reintegrate back into your fitness routine. You will get to connect with other mom’s and babies in a fun and safe environment. Throughout the session Suz will help you not only get a great workout in but also help address any pelvic floor or abdominal issues as it can lead to hip and lower back pain. There is a large focus on mind body awareness inside and outside of the gym to help improve movement patterns and identify any tendencies that may or may not be harmful to your recovery.

MEET COACH SUZ

Suz is a certified prenatal + postpartum trainer and pediatric speech language pathologist. 

Her goal is to help pregnant moms stay active throughout their pregnancy and further support postpartum Moms enhance or return to a fitness routine while bonding with their little ones. You will learn how to incorporate your child into your exercise and use breathe and positioning strategies to improve core strength. Classes will in turn facilitate children’s motor, cognitive, and pre verbal development in a fun and safe environment while instilling an early love for movement. All fitness abilities welcome!
