Empower FIT

Inclusive group fitness and 1:1 personal training for neurodiverse or Atypically developing children ages 8+

We have created an inclusive 6 week strength and conditioning program that we can tailor to fit your child’s needs.

Does your child have difficulty participating in group activities due to sensory, cognitive, or physical challenges?

Are you looking for your child to improve their confidence, strength, self-regulation, and mobility?

We have created an inclusive youth group training program that incorporates high-intensity exercise, resistance-based training, and core strengthening while keeping your child’s physical and cognitive needs as a priority. Led by a trainer using an occupational-therapy lens, our priority is to build strength, coordination, confidence, and inclusion.

Our trainer Emily Belastock is a registered and licensed occupational therapist for pediatrics who utilizes adaptive and sensory processing strategies to allow for improved performance and participation in a group exercise setting.

Emily is also offering 1:1 personal training sessions for neurodiverse or Atypically developing children to help increased confidence, strength, self-regulation, and coordination.
