Our Mission
We set our foundation in our coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members – always keeping in mind each individual’s personal fitness goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet those needs each and every day. We believe that every human being can improve his/her quality of life through fitness and lifestyle choices, and we embrace the opportunity to be a driving force in that process. We hold one another accountable as family and friends, and we share in each other’s triumphs and frustrations alike. And at the end of the day, it’s our passion for our people that sets us apart from other gyms.
Meet our Coaches
Susan McLaren
As a US competitive swimmer and all-around active child and teenager, Susan has spent the majority of her life growing her knowledge and love of fitness inside and outside of the gym.
Mia Doherty
Those who know Mia best would say that some of the most appealing aspects of her character include a powerhouse work ethic, her contagious spirit, and her ability to make fitness relatable and fun for people from all aspects of life.
Ernie Doherty
Ernie is proud to be a lifelong Woburn resident, with strong ties to the community that raised him and helped him raise his family. His true passion is helping people set goals, stay accountable, and lead better lives.
April Drolette
April is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified coach and has been actively doing CrossFit since 2013 while in her senior year of high school. Her goal as a coach is to continue to improve her craft while guiding others on their own life-style journeys.
Pete Lauria
Pete is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach and has been active in CrossFit for over five years. Growing up, Pete attended high school at Belmont Hill and was primarily a winter sport athlete, participating in both wresting and ice hockey.
Suzanne Parker
Suz is a NETA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and life-long sports and competition enthusiast. She is the heart of our RackFit program, bringing her enthusiasm for fitness and community to each and every class she coaches.
