28 Day Nutrition Challenge

Along with one on one health and wellness coaching we host a 28 Day Nutrition and Mindset Challenge twice a year where we explore all 5 pillars of fitness. Each week we will build healthy habits centered around balanced nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress mgt. and movement. Unlike most challenges that set unrealistic expectations around eating we help you shed a pass fail mentality, how to focus on the controllable and teach you what a balanced plate looks like without all the weighing and measuring. You will have the support of coach led discussion and accountability of the other participants. Past participants were shocked to see what their biggest pain point was. Throughout our month together we teach you how each pillars impacts another and how simple fixes can go a long way. We strongly believe that something as fundamental as nutrition should not be complicated. Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase performance, decrease stress or just create a more sustainable healthy lifestyle this challenge is for you!
