We believe optimal fitness can only be achieved once the body and the mind are working together. Nutrition, mindset, habit formation are all essential to reaching levels of high level and well rounded training. Have a topic you are interested in? Send it along. We continually host seminars and learning opportunities to our members allowing them to dig a little deeper and learn aspects of fitness that are important to them.

Nutrition - Creating a road map that works for you.
We teach a 3 phased approach to nutrition.  We educate, listen, and create a solid plan that works for each member. We can work with you one on one to determine exactly what YOUR body needs and enter prepared with strategies for sticking to your individualized food plan.

You will transform the way you relate to food. We teach you the steps behind properly fueling your body to help you enhance performance, recovery, sleep and strength while decreasing inflammation and digestive issues. With the right tools and knowledge, you’ll develop a keen awareness of the right approach to best suit your lifestyle.

Mindset Training - Getting Comfortable with the uncomfortable.
Learn how to shift your mindset to achieve success and positive wellbeing on the field or in the gym. Many individuals and teams find that they can apply these same skills in relationships, the classroom, and in the workplace.

Learn how to make alterations to the conversations you have with yourself. Burn the questions in your mind and gain a better understanding of when you need to push past the uncomfortable and drive towards what it is you want. This important mental control and shift can yield great success and increased confidence to tackle whatever comes your way. This type of training has helped individual athletes and teams perform at higher levels through breaking down barriers to success and developing mental skills that can be learned and practiced like any physical skill.

Habits and Accountability - Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results.
Learn how to achieve lifestyle goals by choosing and incorporating small habits into your daily rhythm. You’ll leave this workshop with a firm understanding of how to choose which habits are important to you to achieve lifestyle goals, how to shift your mindset, how to incorporate them into your day, and be consistent for the long term. 

There will be a habit creation exercise as well as guidance on how to start establishing new habits immediately! Come prepared with a few goals you would like to work through.

Marathon and Strength Training
Looking to run a marathon and not sure how to get started? Interested in continuing your CrossFit or Cross Training routine while preparing for the event? Want to complete more than one marathon stronger than ever and injury free?!?!

We will discuss strength training and why it should be the bulk of your marathon training plan and how to scale training accordingly so that you get the most out of your time in the gym and on the road. Often people believe that to run a marathon, they need to run 3+ days/week, logging large numbers of miles on the pavement. We have found that with a smart CrossFit/Cross Training program and one long run a week, you can have continued marathon success! We will then focus on charity running and how to, not only run 26.2 miles, but raise money for your favorite charity during the process. You will leave with a proven training schedule, fundraising schedule, and mindset tips to enjoy the ENTIRE process.
