March Recipe: Egg Roll In A Bowl

This is one of our nutrition client’s favorite go to recipe!

3 ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ & ʟᴇꜱꜱ ᴛʜᴀɴ 15 ᴍɪɴᴜᴛᴇꜱ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴀᴋᴇ

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻 𝗔 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹

ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ

• 1 lb 80/20 ground turkey

• 16 oz bag of tri-color coleslaw mix

• 1/4 cup coconut aminos

ᴅɪʀᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴꜱ

1️⃣ Brown ground turkey in a large non-stick pan on medium-high heat

2️⃣ Strain the meat

3️⃣ Add in shredded coleslaw mix


4️⃣ Reduce heat to medium and cook while stirring for another 5 minutes or until cabbage and carrots become tender

5️⃣ Add in coconut aminos, stir, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
