Whether youβre coming off Dry January and unsure what comes next or simply want to take a more intentional look at your habits this talk is designed to help you better understand your relationship with alcohol.
We will break down what alcohol actually does in the body, how it impacts recovery, sleep, hormones, and training, and why we often reach for it in the first place. This is an evidence-based, judgment-free discussion focused on awareness, reflection, and informed choice supporting balance and autonomy rather than rules or restriction.
Following the talk, participants will have the opportunity to join a small-group 28-day reflective reset, designed to help you apply what youβve learned in real life. This guided experience focuses on building awareness, experimenting with intentional choices, and developing sustainable habits without elimination rules, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking.
