This unique curriculum helps individuals create a solid base of fitness, build upon an existing foundation, gain capacity for activities outside of the gym, and rehab/prehab injuries and ailments.
We include work on strength, balance, mobility, stamina, and general functional life movements, at a pace and intensity tailored individually to each participant. We are passionate about the truly life-changing possibilities involved when people incorporate intelligent movement and fitness practices into their lifestyle.
