Our gymnastics class is built around developing strength on the pull up bars, the rings, and the barbell.
Gymnastics is the foundation of all of our movements, whether they are in the gym or in everyday life. By learning control, building specific areas of strength, and developing body awareness, performance and intensity levels in workouts will increase along with your confidence! Appropriate for beginners and advanced athletes looking to further develop their skill base.
