Our fundamentals program is designed primarily for beginners, providing a challenging workout, while allocating additional time during class for coaching and skill development.
Work closely with our coaching staff to develop an understanding of the various moves and lifts performed in our mainstream classes while building aerobic capacity and body awareness. Once you have established consistent movement patterns, we will guide you towards gradually increasing your intensity level during the workouts. Experienced athletes have the opportunity to focus on specific progressions to enhance their skill development and receive feedback via additional drills and strength training to overcome interruptions in their progress.
Individual Design Training
In addition to group classes and personal training, we offer Individual Design (ID) services. This is best for people who want or need a personalized workout program created by your coach, to address personal fitness goals, help with body composition changes, prepare for a specific event, or manage an injury. You and your ID coach will meet to discuss your goals and needs, and you will receive an online program each week. Your program will tell you exactly what to do at the gym, and your coach will follow along as you input your workout results. This is a great way to build in personal accountability and interactive coaching to enhance your Rack House Fitness experience.
